2024 Holiday Market Info & Application Link

What : “Market on Main: A Holiday Pop-Up” is an enchanted wintertime maker’s market featuring handmade goods, crafts and consumables from local artisans and purveyors. 

When: Friday, Saturday and Sunday (hours tbd): December 6th-8th; December 13th-15th and December 20th-22nd. 

Where: 74 Main Street, Brattleboro, Vermont: formerly SAM’S

Who: Brattleboro Flea and other local artists and makers. All vendors, including current Brattleboro Flea members must apply and be juried in. 

How much: $250 per weekend for Brattleboro Flea members; $300 for non-members.

Application deadline: Friday, October 18th. 

Who can apply: Anyone! Any artist / craftsperson / maker looking to sell products in downtown, Brattleboro, VT.

Brattleboro Flea and Downtown Brattleboro Alliance are teaming up to produce a multi-week Holiday Market in the heart of downtown Brattleboro at 74 Main Street…better known as the former home of Sam’s.

The upper half of the Main Street retail space will be transformed into a winter wonderland with resplendent winter-themed decor, including garland, boughs, lights and trees.

There will be a gift wrapping station at the front of the store, brought to you by the DBA. 

The markets will be held for three consecutive three-day weekends in December:

December 6th, 7th and 8th (includes Gallery Walk, 12/6); December 13th, 14th and 15th and December 20th, 21st and 22nd. 

We estimate that we can fit 30 vendors per weekend keeping to a fairly strict 6’x3’ table area. 

To ensure the success of these markets, our team has committed three thousand dollars towards an advertising budget to be invested through several high-impact outlets including radio, print and social media.  


The Fees to participate are: $250 per weekend for Brattleboro Flea members and $300 per weekend for non-Flea participants.

Vendors must sign up for the full weekend (no partial weekends) and the vending space will be limited to a standard 6’ x 3’ table.  

Everyone, including current Flea members must apply and be accepted in order to participate. The application is simple and free and can be found here:

Vendors can expect to be notified regarding acceptance by October 23rd. 

Fees are due by November 1st and our roster for each weekend will be set by November 4th.
